although I haven\'t seen this film as many times as I would like,I hold it to be one of the jewels I possess.
anyway,it\'s very long (132 minutes),but then,it\'s short due to three night stand concert taken place at Madison Square Garden, New York.
I haven\'t bothered much with listening the soundtrack,since all of the songs are found on film,except \"Celebration Day\",yet some songs in the soundtrack are cut short!
the film,as well as the soundtrack represent their capability to make an outstanding show.some songs such as \"Stairway to Heaven\",and \"No Quarter\" i find better \"executed\" than studio versions.
improvizing on stage is just another indicator of their excellent teamwork.
final words - see and hear this masterpeace!

Zeppelin Fan (June 26, 2004)

The film was an abomination. The soundtrack was not Zeppelin at their finest by any means. It has always shocked me that Zeppelin would allow this film and soundtrack to be released. The whole shebang was an insult to one of the worlds greatest rock bands . Once it had been completed(film and soundtrack) I suppose they had no choice but to release it or lose a fortune, despite the fact it was awful. Peter Frampton(Comes Alive)literally blew this album out of the Water hands down, If Frampton could do it so incredibly well, why couldnt Led Zeppelin!?!?!? The answer to this question will forever remain a dissapointing mystery. Do yourself a big favor, save your money and buy 'Frampton Comes Alive' instead because honestly... Its God awful this album! and especially the movie.
