The Beatles Past Masters

A must-have for the collector wishing to fill in the cracks unavailable from the British Beatle CD's. Hearing the song "Rain" for the first time in 20 years alone makes this CD worth the money. "The Inner Light"--I don't remember EVER hearing that song before...it grows on you. "Across the Universe" appears in what is called the "Nature Version"...but for me it is the "Apple Scruffs" version as the two harmonizing female aaahhhs were provided by two teenage Beatle fans hanging around the studio. Doesn't pack the same punch as the Past Masters Vol I album but I can say that with this album I have the Beatles' canon in its entirety, thus making it essential.
