To Share Our Love

Average song rating I can only think of a couple of occasions in which Michael Pinder is unleashed to belt out a highly charged rocking vocal (the other is the 1966 single "Really Haven't Got the Time") and he impresses in "To Share Our Love"--a song written by John Lodge. Pinder's singing and some stinging guitar licks from the Hayward/Lodge team pump a lot of life into what is otherwise a rather forgettable song. I would bet money that John Lodge simply came up blank in writing new songs for this album, and pulled a couple of early efforts to fill out the track listing. Bruce Beatlefan November 21, 2011

Lyrics

Makes me feel good,
Now I can see
It takes more than one to give
The life we need.

[Parts A and B run concurrently]

[A]
I can't think why
I never thought of this before
Now I know what it means to share
To share my love.

Now I know why
I've found the answer for myself
What a day it would be to share
To share your love

[B]
Can't think
Why I never thought
Of this before, now I know
What it means to me
To share, share all my love with you,
To share, share all my love with you.

Can't think
Why I never thought
Of this before, now I know
What it means to me
To share, share all my love with you,
To share, share all my love with you.
