One of These Days

Average song rating Acoustic guitar for a change and immediately there??™s the recognizable McCartney back on track. Is that a Linda harmony at 0.57? This is the least experimentally track on the album, just Paul and a guitar. Nice song. Bobber June 11, 2012
Average song rating On another song I wonder if Paul and Linda's marriage is undergoing some turbulance around this time. This song seems to act as a sort of a balm, that all he and Linda need is a little time and space. Maybe that's another reason that Paul broke up Wings...is that possible?? Speaking of Linda, those are some really sweet harmony vocals. Bruce Beatlefan November 8, 2006

Lyrics

One of these days when my feet are on the ground,
I'm gonna look around and see.
See what's right, see what's there,
And breathe fresh air, ever after.

One of these days when a job just takes too long,
I'm gonna sing my song and see.
See what's right, see what's there,
And breathe fresh air, ever after.

It's there, it's round,
It's to be found,
By you, by me,
It's all we ever wanted to be.

One of these days when we both are at our ease,
When you've got time to please yourself.
See what's right and see what's there,
And breathe fresh air, ever after.

It's there, it's round,
It's to be found
By you, by me,
It's all we ever wanted to see.

One of these days when my feet are on the ground,
I'm gonna look around and see.
See what's right and see what's there,
And breathe fresh air, ever after,
Ever after,
Breathe fresh air, ever after.
